IHF Handball Challenge 14*****

IHF Handball Challenge 14 offers licensed teams and authentic handball rules, but outdated graphics, stiff controls, and weak AI limit the overall enjoyment.

Cute Chaos*****

Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is a charming, fast-paced indie game packed with humor, simple combat, and absurd storytelling. It's short, silly, and surprisingly delightful.

A Great Labyrinthine Soulslike with Caveats*****

A true soulslike with great exploration, but difficulty balancing is a bit peculiar. There are sudden jumps in difficulty followed by sudden drops. Optimization still leaves something to be desired too, and the combat is not at the same level as the likes of Lies of P and Khazan. But if you're looking for a game to scratch that itch of exploring labyrinthine, interconnected locations, then this will certainly satisfy you (I'd also recommend AI Limit for this particular quality).

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
 –

Masterpiece of Style and Strategy*****

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a breathtaking evolution of the RPG genre that flawlessly marries artistic grandeur with gripping gameplay. Set against a hauntingly beautiful Belle Époque backdrop, the game's visuals are a surrealist triumph, bringing the tragic world of the Paintress to life with stunning detail. Its standout "reactive turn-based" combat is a revelation, demanding active player engagement through real-time parries, dodges, and rhythm-based attacks that make every battle feel urgent and dynamic without sacrificing strategic depth. Coupled with a deeply emotional narrative exploring themes of grief and resilience, this title is not just a technical marvel but a genuine masterpiece that sets a new gold standard for modern role-playing games.

Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown
 –

A Competent Kingdom Builder*****

Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown is a visually charming and solid entry in the city-building genre that successfully blends resource management with light RTS elements, even if it doesn't quite revolutionize the formula. The game's "Benevolence vs. Tyranny" moral system provides a refreshing narrative layer to standard expansion, and the ability to manage a kingdom with up to four friends in multiplayer is a standout feature that adds genuine fun to the experience. However, veteran strategists may find the combat somewhat simplistic and the gameplay loop occasionally repetitive, as it borrows heavily from genre giants without matching their depth. It is a worthwhile experience for casual players or friend groups looking for a co-op challenge, provided you go in expecting an enjoyable, polished remix rather than a groundbreaking new standard.

Total War™: THREE KINGDOMS
 –

Amazing Total War Game*****

I bought Three Kingdoms just for fun. I didn't think I'd invest much time into it, as it involves a time period I'm not too interested in or even really know of. Boy did it take me by surprise, and I can happily say I'm having decision paralysis when it comes to who I want to play.

It's by far the most immersive, and that's because of its in-world moments that keep the game fresh. You can act out your character, but the world also helps you too.
It's really fun so far and I recommend checking it out sometime.
