Great, but...
It's a great expansion, but all of the added buildings can be acquired for free with mods. There are new policies and gameplay features too, so it still adds a bunch of content and replayability.

The Green Cities DLC for Cities: Skylines introduces options for creating eco-friendly neighborhoods and managing pollution. While it adds new specializations and policies, its impact on gameplay may vary for different players.
While there might be some DLC which offer more exciting features, Green Cities really feels like a great extension of the main game - offering a big variety of alternative buildings for nearly every category (usually with a tradeoff between additional costs but decreased pollution/electricity or water consumption). I would not want to play another round without Green Cities enabled.
