Brings EU IV to a whole new level.
Overhaul of war mechanics is much better than base game.
The ability to build armies with a single click makes this a must-have DLC. Before having to create armies manually then merge them was such a hassle, but this removes all of those issues.
especially for the price this is a great DLC.
