Desperados III delivers tight tactical stealth, clever character abilities, and beautifully crafted Wild West levels. It's a polished, smart, and satisfying strategy gem for fans of thoughtful action.
If you're looking for an action-packed game, this is not it. If what you want is to sit down and simply relax, however, WotH is a good choice.
I wouldn't call it perfect, as there are still a few additions this game could benefit from (like dogs, for example), but it certainly does the job. It also has some nice mechanics, like herd quality management. Not to mention absolutely stunning taxidermy stands!
All in all, definitely worth it if you're looking to scratch a hunting itch.
Clocking in about 100+ hours of gameplay, you genuinely can't go wrong with this masterpiece of a JRPG which is gonna make you feel different emotions as you play it. Must play absolutely!
Does the title make sense? If not, just trust me... if you want a fun multiplayer soulslike, you need to get this one. Even the multiplayer modes of the singleplayers games are NOT this good!
Been watching the movies recently and I honestly can see how passionate the devs are about it. Might get repetitive after a while, but if you are fan of even the books, it's a must play! If not, I wouldn't really recommend it.
If the main game was great, just wait until you try this DLC. Seriously, I liked it even more than the actual game. I did so many runs trying to beat the DLC in different ways.
I've played all the other 4x strategy games but this one beats them all. Way more depth compared to all the other and especially in the combat. Creating unique factions in every playthrough doesn't make one run the same as the others!
... but it's just one of those game where the UI kept me from ever getting into it. Still, 3 personal stars because the potential is quite obviously there.
I enjoy this game as it has several levels to it and the mini games are designed to make you observe at a deeper level, especially finding the numbers.
