Very good

After Res Publica and Common Sense I think it's one of the better expansions pack out there. Lots of mechanics added.

The DLC makes playing the Horde nations more interesting.
This DLC originally introduced estates, which ended up being one of the best features of the game. There are lots of things included in it which, while small, are nice to have and improve the gameplay. Definitely worth it if you buy it on sale.
