Fun but need updates and more dlc to truly shine.

Vic 3 is Finally Here
At it's release, the gameplay was serviceable and a nice departure from the standard Paradox fare. Now, after many updates and DLC, the game is in a condition worthy of the rest of Paradox's lineup and, with more content on the way, it definitely worth picking up!
