Northgard
 –

Very good opportunity strategy game

A clear strategy game, with much more fun and because of the different clans, high replay value. The AI opponents are very well programmed and challenging. You have to look after your clan - make food sources, sources of money and the villagers happy. Defend them from attackers.
There are different objectives like conquest of the other clans or a glory victory.

I say that Northgard is a very good opportunity strategy game, which is a lot of fun. Also the additional DLCs bring new interesting clans.

Ni no Kuni™ II: Revenant Kingdom - The Prince's Edition
 –

Prince wants to found a new kingdom

The story is simple: a young prince is after the death of the king before the heir to the throne, then it is impersonated, someone from a parallel world, who happens to be president of a country that has just received a nuclear strike, suddenly stands at Prince nd now it says: To survive.

The escape begins, the prince wants to found new kingdom and form an alliance with all other kingdoms.

The combat system is playable early on, it is also conjured up and collected at the end of the loot. You steer one of a 4-person team. (you can freely choose between the Companions), all have their abilities in close / long range and you can always switch between them in combat.

I like it.

Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth

Liked it a lot

I've never read the books, but I enjoyed the story of this game. The setting was immersive and really showed what life was like in that era. I enjoyed it.

Great Game

Absolutely love the game, a great tactical game of x-com fame. To me it borrowed alot from the UFO series, specifically Aftershock.

Cities: Skylines
 –

It's my favorite game

I'm not a big micro-management person so this game is really good for people like me. the only problem I can see is that it is going to be very easy after a while and there is nowhere to spend your money. but this is happening after 20-30 hours of play of course.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War
 –

Innovative

Shadow of War plays a bit like a more fantasy Assassins Creed: You kill more chaff, but the nemesis systems balances that out with personal feuds. You also can build your own army and conquer forts. On top of that, you get a good story and a lot of endgame content. The RPG elements are well executed. If you like Action fantasy games in any kind of way, get this game.

Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack
 –

A new perspective

This Stellaris DLC further expands the field, in which Stellaris excells: variety. The synthetics play very different from the organic races and will make your games more interesting just by being there. Being able to play them gives more roleplay possibilites but also is very refreshing gameplay wise. There also different kind of robot styles you can play (Assimilator, Exterminator, Service-Bots, etc.).

Stellaris: Apocalypse
 –

Only relevant for the endgame.

The apocalypse DLC adds unity Ambitions, titans and super weapons. Unity ambitions are an endgame way of spending unity. They are actually really useful and nice to have. Meanwhile titans make a good addition to every end game fleet. On the other hand, the super weapons are hardly ever worth using. If you do, everyone hates you, and you have to use a very limited ressource - an ascension perk slot - to even get them. Still, the super weapons are good for role playing and for many people, that is what Stellaris is all about. So get the DLC if you like to have the possibility to live out the ultimate power fantasy or if you feel that the endgame of stellaris lacks content.
