Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition
 –

What a game!

I love games that challenge you interlectually. It also makes me feel really... dumb.
CK2 was a game I loved to bits. But I waited to get CK3 for a while to see how it grew. But with a deal like this its a buy without thinking!

Best purchase of this year

Wreckfest
 –

Amazing physics simulations.

A great combo of an arcade like racing game that features amazing physics simulations for car crashes. A must have for any racing game enthusiast.

Tropico 6
 –

Great campaign

Absolutely stunning graphics and a great campaign, one of the few games in my library that is worth it even full price.

Car Mechanic Simulator 2014
 –

Amazing title even after 7 years

The game that got my interest in car mechanics and eventually made me get my own project car, a great game for the price to start getting into the series!

Hearts of Iron IV
 –

Best realistic strategy game out there

The cadet edition of this game is a great place to start, once you get the basics of the game, the rest of the DLCs add really well to this game and I can confidently say that I haven't played any other move based strategy game as realistic as this one.

Total War™: WARHAMMER® III
 –

Culmination of the trilogy

Too early to tell, but this might be the beginning of the end for the epic Warhammer trilogy.
Biggest map so far, dozens of factions, dozens of mechanics and a hundred unique units.
Can't wait.

Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition
 –

Great continuation of the series

If you're fan of CK2 then you should enjoy CK3. Some features have been removed such as merchant republics, but this will hopefully lead to a more clean implementation in CK3 when they add it (although probably as a DLC). It can feel a bit shallow at times but it's still a great game.

Europa Universalis IV: Wealth of Nations
 –

An OK EU4 DLC

Has a few fun features, primarily trade companies. Being able to separate your trade capital from your real capital is really useful, but I feel like that sort of thing should be in the base game.

Imperator: Rome - Heirs of Alexander Content Pack
 –

Fun DLC at a fair price

The content pack adds a lot of flavor when playing as one of the diadochi, a.k.a Alexander's successors. Something that isn't really mentioned anywhere is that legion dedications (basically buffs that lasts the whole game) can't be earned without the DLC.

Prison Architect - Going Green
 –

It is okay.

This DLC expands your prison activities by adding agriculture and green energy to your prison.
these new funds are great for more alternative types of prisons so you no longer have to treat patients badly to have a lot of profit
I give it 3 starts because it is rather small. These new activities are good but they don't change the prison or expand the way the game plays.
In short buy it if yo uwant more content for the game but ignore it if you aren't starting a new prison.

Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse
 –

An old game about zombies

One of the few games where you play as a zombie and use your enemies as part of your abilities.

It mostly plays as a "puzzle" game where you need to use your capabilities to beat the "strong" humans (specially the military with their guns). while your zombies overwhelm people due to their numbers.

The game is a bit odl with all the lack of polish that entails.
IMO this game is a solid foundation and a sequel or even an expansion could have solved the issues of the game.

This game is only for those that tolerate old games and want a "puzzle" game with a zombie theme. Don't buy it for action nor for story.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
 –

Stay for the shooting.

This is a great continuation of BJ Blazkowitz's story.

Stellaris: Federations
 –

Galactic Empire.

A great DLC that introduces a galactic council to contend with.

Stellaris: Lithoids Species Pack
 –

Mineral ecology.

They may be overpowered, but who doesn't like playing an intergalactic rock?

Sid Meier's Starships
 –

It's not Alpha Centauri.

But Alpha Centauri never did go to space now, did it?

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen
 –

Tactical goodness.

But wait, now you can play as the aliens.

Crowntakers: Undead Undertakings DLC
 –

Where's the undertaker?

Instead of playing as the living dead, you get to hunt them in this DLC.

Airport Madness 3D: Volume 2
 –

More madness.

I just found out there's at least five of these from the same publisher. This one doesn't let you travel through time, but it's still fun.
