A bundle of classic Mega Drive games, with lots of extras (artwork, music, etc.). The problem is that by calling it Origins they forget about the Master System, where there were also exclusive Sonic games. These games are there, but as DLC. Very bad.
A new Sonic game, with a very beautiful visual style, several characters to choose from, and cooperative play. Good level design on the stages and very replayable due to the different abilities of its selectable characters.
If you grew up with the Marvel vs Capcom saga, like me, this collection is a must-have. It's a shame that it only has the arcade version of each one, and not the full game, for example in the case of Marvel vs Capcom 2. I would have liked to get money again with the fights and buy the characters and costumes.
Overall a nice visual novel, espacialy accessible to players who are not familiar with the "World of Darkness" lore or specificaly to its warewolf aspects. The rules of the tabletop RPG are relatively well rendered within the limits of a PC Game visual novel. It will never be as interesting as a live session among friends but I can see how it would make a nice introduction to the universe...
The base game alone is fine, but getting access to the workshop mods and assets really makes the game a lot more enjoyable. The steam version is a must have!
Overall this is a great fighting game that is easy to pick up and play but hard to master. It uses 3 buttons (punch, kick, and block) and a variety of arrows to pull off combos, but it's not a button masher like some other fighting games. The biggest problems with this game are the severe lack of single player content, as there's only an arcade mode and various practice modes, and the customization options are majorly lacking and not anywhere deep enough. There's a versus mode that is local multiplayer only, and can't be played solo, which is ridiculous. There's no story mode, no unlockable content, no team battle, etc. The game is fun and plays great, but it's just very bare bones. The bulk of the game is the online mode, so once people move on to newer games, there's little reason to come back to play this one, like any other multiplayer game.
There's 19 playable characters and 20 levels to choose from. If you buy the Deluxe, you get an extra level to play on based on the original VF game, as well as the original polygon style characters from the original game. The Yakuza pack adds a costume for everybody, as does the swimsuits included with the Deluxe. The Tekken crossover DLC is not included, but sold separately. You also get 531 music tracks, totaling nearly 18 hours, from across the entire franchise history, as well as 2 small artbooks, and some wallpapers and titles for your profile included with the Deluxe version.
This is definitely worth a purchase, but your mileage may vary, as if you don't play online, there's really not much going for this game.
This game offers a darkly humorous and stylish take on the crime genre. Playing as a team of misfits cleaning up after messy mob hits, the game delivers a unique blend of stealth, puzzle-solving, and over-the-top action. The vibrant 1970s-inspired art style is a visual treat, and the gameplay loop of evading security cameras, mopping up blood, and disposing of evidence proves surprisingly engaging. "Serial Cleaners" is a quirky and entertaining experience that offers a refreshing twist on the classic crime genre.
The game delivers a thrilling and captivating samurai adventure. This remake of the beloved "Yakuza" spin-off boasts stunning visuals, refined combat, and a compelling story. Players will immerse themselves in the vibrant Bakumatsu era, engaging in thrilling sword fights, navigating political intrigue, and experiencing the unique charm of Kyo. "Like a Dragon: Ishin!" is a must-play for fans of the series and newcomers alike, offering a captivating blend of action, drama, and historical fiction.
"A Little to the Left" is a charming and relaxing puzzle game that celebrates the joy of order and organization. Each level presents a delightful assortment of everyday objects – stacks of books, piles of papers, mismatched buttons – that players must meticulously sort and arrange. The game's minimalist aesthetic and soothing soundtrack create a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect antidote to the chaos of daily life. "A Little to the Left" is a delightful and satisfying experience that will leave players feeling calm and accomplished.
As an eastern european this makes me very happy - to see in game the models of the planes my country used in WW2, with their roundels and paint scheme. very nice addition indeed!
As an eastern european this makes me very happy - to hear in game the songs the military of my country sung in WW2, while marching or parading. the same songs i sung in the military in my youth not so very long time ago. very nice addition indeed!
The DLC is very fun and entertaining, especially playing with the U.S.S.R. and restoring the Romanov empire or playing as Poland, restoring the commonwealth is perfect and insanely fun. Baltic countries have also been improved. On the other hand, the general trait mechanics are a very good addition to the game, as the logistics and supplies and the creme de la creme of the DLC - the tank designer which gives tons of depth to your strategies.
