Joe Dever's Lone Wolf HD Remastered
 –

Chose Your Own Adventure

A unique game in the style of choose-your-own-adventure novels. The story is interesting and entertaining. Totally enjoyed this game.

Grand Theft Auto V

Smashing game

Obviously one of the top selling games of the past few years for a reason, the content is constantly expanding and multiplayer is thriving. Definitely worth a purchase.

House of 1000 Doors: Family Secrets
 –

Love this game

I just love the House of 1000 Doors games. All of them. There is a continuity to them yet completely stand alone at the same time. There are more Hidden Object games within these than in other supposed Hidden Object games. The puzzles are not too difficult although occasionally I just had to skip one. Graphis are excellent, and the story line is compelling.

Borderlands 3

Great game

Just like all the other borderlands does not let me down got it on a good sale as well unfortunately my experience with wingamestore has made it difficult to give it a 5 star review never bought a game from here and will not buy another one from here.

Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Deluxier Edition
 –

Good transition from mobile

Knights of Pen and Paper is an interesting proposition, balancing the video-game dungeon-crawling experience with that of (basic) tabletop principles, and simultaneously having to transform what was originally a mobile game to a full-fledged PC release.

For the most part it succeeds, with its older-school RPG mechanics that are not too grindy nor are they too simple due to the mobile game origins of the title. The humour lands most of the time, and the gameplay is fun having retained some of the table-top flexibility such as choosing the number of your foes etc.

The package in question comes with all the DLC gubbins and is often affordable enough that, most people will get their money's worth :)

Darksiders Genesis
 –

Great if unconventional side-game

The game is an interesting, if unconventional adjustment to the series: serves as a quasi-prequel, but changes the perspective from 3rd person to a hack&slash/twin-stick shooter 'isometric' perspective. Plays OK, and will be of interest to those invested in the series - but it does leave something to be desired as for having a proper sequel concluding the Darksiders story as well as flesh out Strife with his own adventure.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Scandinavia

Recommended for the fans

Lush setting with lots more variety though a bit dated nowadays. If you want the full experience, the scandinavian setting provides countless roads with gorgeous scenery to relax and enjoy while hauling one more shipment of goods.

DOOM Eternal Deluxe Edition (Bethesda)
 –

Action packed like never before

This game has offered so much in terms of action that I played it more than once. It has a variety of weapons that you must choose when to use so that you make the most of them in order to defeat different weak points from the enemies, the platforming is fun and its graphics fit the over-the-top action-packed feeling to their fullest. Amazing soundtrack as well, though perhaps not as memorable as 2016's DOOM. Highly recommended!

Bioshock: The Collection
 –

Excellent series

As far as FPS games go, this series is a must have. It has stood the test of time with its memorable setting and story and it's never too late to play them. I recommend them to anyone who may have missed them when they got out, it's never been cheaper and better to try these classics.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood (Bethesda)
 –

Coop Galore

It's been fun to play in coop with a friend of mine. We both got it for the coop and we weren't disappointed. It is not a difficult game (provided you take advantage and play it in coop with a friend) but it has enough content to feel satisfying. Graphics are nice, soundtrack is forgettable. Story is... Did I mention that the action is nice? It's fun in coop with a friend, don't get it if you plan to only play it with the AI.

Stellaris
 –

Clausewitz Engine to the MAX

This was my first game that made me understand the Clausewitz engine from CK2, EUIV and HOI4. Stellaris offers the same deep gameplay but is especially freindly to beginners without lacking depth and challenge. DLC are ofcourse highly recommended

XCOM®: Chimera Squad
 –

Different, but fun!

This is a more story driven campaign with less randomness and fixed soldiers available to you. You won't get all the soldier in one playthrough and the maps are randomized so that is the only RNG factor here, other than the gameplay itself.

It has interesting mechanics as far as the gameplay is concerned, but largely it reuses XCom 2's skills and abilities with minor tweaks and changes. There are unique abilities available to the characters and the new grenades and equipment change the combat in comparison.

I recommend watching a let's play to get a better feel of how it's different, but rest assured, it's fun! This is coming from a fan of both the new games and their expansions.

Project Highrise
 –

Fun little game

It's a good tower management game. Imagine your typical city builder, where each region has specific bonuses and needs, but built vertically. It can be challenging at times.

In general it is a nice diversion from other genres and a different take on your typical management sims.

Aragami
 –

Interesting stealth game

Aragami is a fun little stealth game. It doesn't really offer the usual alternative of going berserk whenever you're seen, so that makes it more challenging. It's akin to a puzzle solver in the sense that you have to create a mental image of enemy routes to progress, rather than react to them. The collectibles add to the story and challenge of the game.

With a prequel on the way, if you enjoy stealth, I can wholeheartedly recommend this!

DOOM Eternal (Bethesda)
 –

Great demon massacre simulator!

Lots of fun to play! It's a mindless shooter really but with a story added to it to keep things interesting. It explains a lot of things about the reboot (DOOM 2016) and the gameplay seems to be much harder in comparison.

Still, lots of new mechanics have been added and there's tons of fun to be had! Story DLCs are coming and I'm looking forward to them!

Cities: Skylines - Natural Disasters
 –

That's a nice town you have there....

It would be a shame if something happened to it!

A fun dlc that adds many ways to see your beautiful city destroyed, just as it was beginning to work correctly. The emergencies are fun to deal with, but sometimes they happen at the absolute worst times, which will take time to recover from.

No reason not to build entire sections of your city anew I suppose. You were going to do it anyway.
