Not as good as AoW 3*****

Mostly AoW 4 innovated in areas that it did not need to. It cut and simplified features that I enjoyed immensely in AoW 3. And sometimes replaced them with worse mechanics. I'll probably keep playing because there are just enough things to enjoy. But currently I can't see this reaching same amount of joy as Age of Wonders 3 did for me.

Great game*****

The game is fun to play. Lots of stuff to do and goals to achieve. Recommend it for people who like chill and relaxing city building with some combat.
