Europa Universalis IV: Leviathan
 –

It's okay at this point - Much Better than at Launch*****

Leviathan had many many issues at its inception that messed up EU4 extensively. However, many of those issues have been patched out at this point, making this a DLC to consider when on sale.

Victoria 3 Grand Edition
 –

Vic 3 is Finally Here*****

At it's release, the gameplay was serviceable and a nice departure from the standard Paradox fare. Now, after many updates and DLC, the game is in a condition worthy of the rest of Paradox's lineup and, with more content on the way, it definitely worth picking up!

Europa Universalis IV: Lions of the North
 –

Sweden made OP and given more Flavor*****

With Project Caesar still in the works, EU4 will have to do. With that in mind, EU4 is nothing without its DLC, this one adding much needed fun to the Baltic nations, especially Sweden. Pick it up if you have the ducats.

Stellaris: Galactic Paragons
 –

Stellaris Leaders*****

A great addition to the Stellaris DLC lineup. Gives leaders the boost they needed to become more relevant in the game beyond manning your ships and disappearing into anomalies.

Millennia: Premium Edition
 –

Support the Devs*****

While not as flashy as the Civilization Series, Millennia helps expand out the 4x genera with a nice humble game of it's own that is entertaining to say the least.

Stellaris: Toxoids Species Pack
 –

Toxic Knights Origin makes this worth it*****

Species packs are always a gamble in Stellaris; however, the fun nature of the Toxic Knights Origin wholly makes this pack worth picking up!

Hearts of Iron IV: Expansion Pass 1
 –

Expansion Pass - Buy and Save*****

Paradox and its games are built on their DLC/support, I say if you like the game, then picking up the Expansion Pass is no brainner.

Europa Universalis IV: Winds of Change
 –

End of an Era - EU4*****

Potentially the last DLC for Eu4, it adds flavor to many corners of the map alongside interesting mechanics well worth the price.

Stellaris: Federations
 –

Be on the Lookout - CHANGE WITH UPDATES-*****

At the time of release, this was the only way to form federations and enjoy their mechanics. During this period, the federation system was a little lack luster. However, now with Stellaris 4.0 on the Horizon, this DLC is starting to look more promising as its features/gameplay is being enhanced along with the rest of Stellaris. Would recommend picking this up whenever it goes on sale.

Hearts of Iron IV: Battle for the Bosporus
 –

Bulgaria/Greek Trees are made to be Fun!*****

HoI4 DLC can be hit and miss in some regards (this DLC included). While the Turkish tree is overly long and time locked in some regards, the Bulgarian Focus Tree and the Greek Focus Tree to some extent are definitely worth picking this DLC on when it's available.

Stellaris: Nemesis
 –

Be the Bad Guy*****

Stellaris Crisis have very little variability, so this DLC remedies this by allowing you or a sufficiently powerful AI empire in the game to become the Crisis instead! Would pick up just for the fun roleplay opportunities!

Victoria 3: Pivot of Empire
 –

Much Needed Flavor*****

Most of Victoria 3's systems are fun to work and play with (barring the warfare); however, since its release, the game has lacked the much needed flavor to differentiate the various cultures and countries you can play across the globe.

This DLC helps remedy that at a price that isn't too taxing. I look forward to what else Paradox cooks up in this regard and hope that this is just a pleasing appetizer for what's to come.

Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition
 –

Fantastic Sequel to CK2: DLC Included*****

CK2 had a plethora of content by the end of its cycle. CK3 improves upon that template as is adding in content in a similar fashion. While by no means complete, CK3 promises a more fluid and better looking successor game with the same level of content (once DLC is factored in). Definitely a game to look out for!

Europa Universalis IV: Dharma
 –

Dharma*****

This DLC is well worth the price if you enjoy playing outside of Europe as it does much to enhance SE Asia gameplay through new religious mechanics.

Stellaris: MegaCorp
 –

Pirate Port*****

Tired of playing as a pirate in Eu4? Well then play as Pirate in Space with this DLC. Criminal Origin is the perfect combination of flavor and unique mechanics. Please Note that none of your neighbors in space will like you though.

Hearts of Iron IV: La Résistance
 –

Spy Game*****

Espionage within HOI4. It helps add more granularity to the information system, but is not wholly without its flaws. By no means essential to your typical gameplay, it is a worthy edition.

Surviving Mars: In-Dome Buildings Pack
 –

I Just Like Domes*****

The samey utilitarian designs of the initial domes are alright. This DLC just adds some nice variation that helps make each habitat unique.
