  1. Alright game, not-so good DLC

Tropico has always been a great series sense the first and second game. However its known to always gone downhill over time, 4 is no exception. 4 is just the same thing as 3 with a few new things so there's no real feel to buy it. 4 is still fun, however I feel the DLC is vary lacking or worthless. All of them add one new mission to, a new article of clothing and a perk and some have new building(s) (vary few new buildings). For $10 for the game + DLC is a vary good deal. However by itself the DLC is vary ignorable as it adds nearly nothing to gameplay. Get the bundle on sale for $10 (sometimes cheaper on steam sales). Or get the base game itself and stick with it.

  2. Lots of fun.

I haven't really played City Builders in a long time, and I always dismissed Tropico games without even trying them thinking they were either dumb or too simple.

I got Tropico 4 from some bundle I can't even remember, and since I got it I might as well try it, I ended up playing 8 hours straight! The game is tons of fun, so I came looking for the DLC since I wanted more!

I usually play CiV or Grand Strategy games (Paradox, Ageod, Total War) so if I can enjoy Tropico 4 as much as I do, I'm sure anyone who is into City builders will love it.
