The first expansion to Victoria 2 focuses on American Civil War era and enhances the political and economical aspects of the game.

    Never play Victoria 2 without both of its dlc's it will be a sad experience.I also recommend downloading the hpm mod for an even better experience

  2. Must have DLC*****

    After playing this now for quite a bit, this introduces so many great mechanics, that base Vicky2 is unplayable without. Do yourself a favour and get this.
