Disgaea 5 is a intersting TBS. You can complete storyline without almost any grinding and it should last for quite a bit 60h for me.
But IMO where the game shines is with its grinding. The way grinding in this game is designed is so satisfying that makes time fly when levevling up your weapon, lvl, skill, etc
Due to the grinding the game strategy can easily be bruteforced by just leveling up a lot. But tactically wise the game is good.
Alongside the above the game has a LOT of game modes to dabble in. It has a lot of content.
The only drawback is that the game storyline is very anime like so take that into consideration
