Worth it if you have the patience to mod
It's very half baked as is, but with mods, it's an excellent experience. Get it as cheap as possible, as that's how Bethesda were with it.

Pro:
- Lots to do, not just a VR experience
- Free roam locomotion can be set to be nausea free
- VATS (aka slow-mo shooting) is implemented quite well
Con:
- Menu system is clunky for VR
- No scopes (yet)
- Not as immersive as other games - e.g. no pickup to loot, no manual reload, no 2-handed weapons and no "show hands" option unless melee without weapons
- No DLC
- No official mod support (yet)
Conclusion:
Not as immersive as other VR FPS games made for VR, but much larger in scope. Not including DLC is just greedy.
