Additional choices and content for the already large game EU:IV. New mechanics, visuals and events. If you are addicted to EU:IV it adds nice content that I use frequently.

Good DLC, but it should've been included in the base game.
Some of the stuff this expansion adds should just be in the base game by default instead of hidden behind an expensive expansion pack.
