  1. Day and night cycle is in the base game

Some of the reviews here are a bit misleading. The day and night cycle is actually part of a free patch that was released alongside this DLC. The main thing the DLC adds are tourism and leisure districts and some service buildings. It's not really a game changing DLC but it offers some nice additions.

  2. Good times day and night

I enjoyed my time with Cities Skylines though I must say that most of my hours playing were with a deactivated day and night cycle to better see what I am doing. The nights are a nice gimmick to watch your cities and your zoning from another perspective. I also feel that it should have been a part of the base game but having a lot of fun with the game, I can come around paying a few extra bucks here and there.

  3. This should be part of the base game.

I'm a fan of CS but having a night/day option on a separate DLC really looks like a rip-off.
