Description

The year is 1962 and the Cold War has the nation gripped by fear. A top-secret government unit called The Bureau begins investigating a series of mysterious attacks by an enemy more powerful than communism.   1. Another strike by XCOM

    Nice twist to the known game.. Although to run it can be a catch for newer macs. Before clicking 'cider' you have to downgrade the resolution at least to 1280x720. Have fun!

  2. Always a XCOM fan but game could not start

    Purchased XCOM 2 from Steam since got the new MBP. Wanted to try this game to see how it works. Brought with super economic deal, download and faied to open, asked macgamestore customer service and they indeed helped explaining how to get the game run. Tried their methods but still failed to open. Stars are for the customer service and the deal, since I had not got the opportunity to play the game yet.

  3. Nice game but glitchy on Mid-2014 Macbook Pro 15"

    About an hour or so into this game and it's pretty good, interesting storyline. Graphics are decent but I had to turn them down quite a bit to get this to run on my mid-2014 Macbook Pro 15" with the base Intel graphics. It was so cheap on sale that I took a shot hoping it would work well on this machine but it stutters a lot and mouse input is too laggy. If you have the graphics card and this game goes on sale it's not a bad choice.
