Old but Gold, Yakuza Edition
The Yakuza Remastered Collection contains Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered and Yakuza 5 Remastered.
These games were originally only available on the PlayStation 3, but SEGA decided that bringing those games to a more wider audience would be a smarter option, opposed to leaving those games to decay on a now legacy platform.
In terms of improvements, there's not a lot to say, all three games got a resolution and FPS boost to 1080p 60 FPS on the PS4 and Xbox One, while on PC, the resolution can be higher, but the FPS limit stayed the same. Substories now have a green question mark in all three games, this feature was missing from the originals.
Outside of some removed content (questionable substories in Yakuza 3, pachinko machines absent from the PC version of Yakuza 4), there's not a lot of things than can be talked about this remaster collection.
As a new player to the Yakuza franchise, it was nice to experience these old PS3 titles on a newer, much more capable piece of hardware. For people who played the originals, I still think that there's a lot of fun to be have with this collection.
