La Résistance adds secret agents, espionage missions and new options for resistance movements to Hearts of Iron IV, the popular grand strategy wargame from Paradox Development Studio. Send agents into dangerous territory to decipher enemy secrets or prepare the ground for your invasion by propping up collaborators who will be happy for any taste of power.

  1. Must have if you like spy, France and the Spanish civil war

    It is a really great expansion focused on spy but also very interesting countries.

    You will have new a new focus tree for France which is really interesting.

    The rework of the spanish civil war and the new focus trees are also very great.

    There is also one for Portugal too.

    Espionage within HOI4. It helps add more granularity to the information system, but is not wholly without its flaws. By no means essential to your typical gameplay, it is a worthy edition.

  3. Another fun layer

    Really enjoy playing with spies and operations. The micromanagement of warfare is the pull of this game but sometimes exhausting. This adds a fun layer to influence things without necessarily having to get into combat.
