  1. Yakuza 2 Reimagined in a Dragonistic way

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is the 2nd game in the series which was introduced to the Dragon Engine, RGG Studio's groundbreaking technology!

Yakuza Kiwami 2 introduces new physics elements, better lighting, smoother animations and overall more visual fidelity compared to its predecessor, Yakuza Kiwami, which was using technology stuck in the PS3 era.

The combat is a lot different compared to previous installments, there is only one fighting style, it basically merges all previous styles into one. The inventory system was also overhauled, previously, one item would consume one item slot, in Dragon Engine games however, items can be stacked, which means more healing potions in combat.

I personally had a lot of fun with the game, it was weird getting used to the new mechanics, but it felt really refreshing and overall fun to play, which is what matters at the end of the day.

Recommending it to a lot to people who liked the previous games!

  2. Odd but fun game

The Yakuza games series is quite odd. The games constantly change between serious crime dama, where you play as an infamous yakuza, and bizarre side content, where you may sing at karaoke for no reason. It's an audacious move, that should not work, but not only works as it is highly enjoyable.
