In the second part of the White March expansion, you will continue your quest after reactivating the mythic dwarven forge in a remote fortress situated in an artic region. A mysterious army of strange tall creatures are menacing to destroy the civilized regions. A godesss is behind this army that only a dangerous (and maybe fatal) mission can stop.
Rule Britannia is an immersion pack that adds mission trees as well as new unit models for England, Scotland and Ireland. Also, the Protestant faith can appear in England with new bonuses and religious choices. Naval doctrines can be chosen to gain bonuses to ship maintenance, trade power or battle performance. Innovativeness gives you rewards if you are the first nation to unlock new knowledge. You can now share you knowledge with allies or subjects. Finally the industrial revolution can happen in late game in your more developed provinces.
This immersion pack for EU4 gives you new missions and objectives for the nations of Iberia and Northwest Africa (Berbers nations). Iberian nations can now establish religious orders (Jesuit, Franciscan or Dominican) to govern their states to reduce unrest or ease conversion. You can also send minorities to your colonies to gain greater cohesion at home. As for the new naval features, they include: chosing a flagship to lead your navy, adding combat and trade power to your fleet; besieging coastal forts with naval barrage; and finally the appearance of pirate republics that you can combat or even lead.

This expansion to CK II add some religious features as improved crusades, coronation of nobles by religious leaders, possibility to become a saint after dying.
Also, some features for successful fighters as warrior lodges unlocking better skills for pagan warriors or legendary bloodlines for descendants of heroes that confer bonuses.
These add welcome depth to the already interesting roleplay of CK II.
This second expansion to HOI IV brings a lot of naval features that enhance greatly the naval gameplay. New ship designs and refit of existing vessels, naval mines and minesweeping, more admiral traits, naval treaties, shipping routes.
Also, fuel finally becomes a new resource consumed by mechanical units, including fuel draining fleets. That is a game changer as you must carefully calculate your fuel capacity in regard to your fielded armies and fleets.
Though I miss the hexes from the previous games, HOI IV offer new features more focused on the strategic level. The planification of the production of material and supplies is as capital to the war effort than the fighting on the fronts.
