As a European
I feel getting this is a must. Now my cities feel just like home. A bit too German for my taste but still much better than what the game offers without it.

– For when you wantTo just support the DEVS. Art Deco is a nice style (depends on preference ofc) and seeing it here and there in your city is a nice touch. by Ri0Rdian, Slovakia - Mar 30th 2019

– Great! While the other 2 DLCs aren't very interesting to me, I have to say I am a collector and like my games full with all the features so it is nice that one can get a DLC pack (and save a buck here and there). Extremely worth it due to Burial at sea (both parts) which are excellent! by Ri0Rdian, Slovakia - Feb 19th 2018

– A good startI like the feature improvements from HoI 3 to IV. Especially the factories / equipment manufacture. However the AI is quite a bit worse than the previous title and the DLC made little to change this. by Ri0Rdian, Slovakia - Feb 19th 2018

– Not for everyoneBut as I like to play the early start dates the addition of Finno-Ugric portraits as well as Mongol/Steppe Advisors is very welcome. The other things are also nice to have (especially the Indian and Arabic boats as well as Buildings) since variety in CK2 is always nice to have :) by Ri0Rdian, Slovakia - Feb 19th 2018

– Finally got this!Probably the best DLC for Cities Skylines. To me this game is very much about transportation and how it affects my city so the trams (Snowfall DLC) and now the newly introduced blimps, ferries, monorails and cable cars are a welcome addition to any of my cities. The buildings and hubs are a welcome addition as well, cutting down of number of stations required to serve the same amount of vehicles. I am also looking forward to see what modders come up with thanks to this new DLC. by Ri0Rdian, Slovakia - Feb 19th 2018
