Solid RPG, for those who can read*****

There's loads of text, be warned. For those who consider this an upside, and can enjoy the WH40k setting, this game is a gemstone.

Not a must-have, but why not*****

I didn't buy it just for the in-game items or for the artbook (although the artbook is alright). This is probably 70% supporting the devs, 30% for the ingame trinkets and for the completionist itch

If you want a colony sim and you like space, play this one.*****

One of the best colony management sims that I enjoyed. It's got enough management "puzzles" to keep me drawn in, but at no point did I feel like this rushed me too much.
Somewhere halfway through the game, it's possible to make the colony self-sufficient. You don't have to, but you can - and this helped avoid the anxiety of needing to constanly expand, expand, expand and then win before you run out of resources, which I hate about colony sims (hello oxygen not included!)

I found this a lot more fun than Frostpunk, although I enjoyed both. The story isn't the main focus, but it's also nice. Obviously, the colony sim mechanics are also quite solid.
