I totally understand how some people would dislike this game, as it isn't anything like your traditional soulsbourne games.
This game is fast paced, intense and gives you limited time to think about your next move. But for me, that was the fun in it - immersion and action packed gaming that kept me interested.
An entertaining and very addictive game. The management of an amusement park is clearly addressed as well as the importance of placement of popular rides and attractions. It's a game that keeps its charm after so many years. Highly recommended.
Steel Seed is a fascinating experiment in game design that succeeds more often than it fails. Its willingness to take risks with both narrative and gameplay mechanics makes it stand out in an overcrowded genre. While some technical issues and some design inconsistencies hold it back from greatness, it remains a compelling experience that genre fans should definitely consider.
An emotionally impactful and wholly original sci-fi horror story with great characters and writing all around. To say nothing of the insanely good sound design, atmosphere, art direction and soundtrack. Mechanically the game is a masterwork of true survival horror that will transport you right back to the original Resident Evil 1 and 2 or perhaps the more recent Signalis, with tight inventory management and tough but rewarding combat.
The story is gripping and very interesting. The characters are all very well written and you can understand them all in their actions and thoughts. The world is beautiful and there is much to discover. The combat system is turn-based but by no means boring. The character can be adapted very individually to his game style.
I didn't have the game on the screen but I can only recommend it to everyone and I'm very happy to have played this one!
I'm a huge fan of the Mafia series. I played every game of the series from start to finish and enjoyed it very much. In this chapter the story is successful again and even if I would have liked a better ending I enjoyed playing the game. I am very satisfied with the "linearity" of the game. The scenes are beautifully designed and there is a great attention to detail.
Millennia starts like Civ, but brings good mechanics such as alternative ages and building game elements. On the other hand it also has weak AI and graphics.
The Precinct is a real insider tip for fans of police action and open-world games! The mixture of exciting missions, strategic action and free exploration is great fun. I was particularly impressed by the detailed city and the atmosphere. The missions are varied, the controls are precise and the gameplay keeps you hooked for a long time. If you're looking for something different from the typical mainstream titles, you should definitely give it a try!
Really great and comprehensive game, especially if you're a Warhammer Fantasy fan to begin with. Huge map and many factions and units to choose from with massive replayabalility. It still needs a few tweaks to improve some campaigns, but with some patience I'm sure it will be incredible.
Personally I didn't have much fun with it. There are a lot of levels but I was able to complete each one within minutes, the game as a whole felt like all the movies were put in a nutshell. Exploring the world, collecting characters and finding easter eggs is the most fun you'll have. Also the game still has some bugs and glitches.
Mediocre game, only buy it if you like those titles
Past Cure is a bizarre mishmash of a game. It's part psychological thriller, part shooter and part puzzler too. It doesn't really know what it is or what it wants to be, which is evident in the fact that each chapter feels like a different game from the last.
World War Z is such a great game and it's definitely worth the money. If you do buy it make sure to get Aftermath, it comes with all dlc along with a first person mode. Also the online is definitely not dead, just most people are playing the daily challenges.
I believe this game is amazing with a lot of replay value. Just the mini games and art work you can unlock is worth the price. Custom Avatar is super addictive. The pvp can get very competitive and you so learn by taking a beating.
I think this is a very good RTS. In comparison to the first Dawn of War this game has no base building and is a lot more tactical and has some RPG elements. You can change the weapons and abilities of your Space Marines which you pick up for your missions.
This game has a very good campaign. Like in the other two games in the series you play as a Marine, Alien and Predator. Also the game had a very good multiplayer but sadly there are rarely any online games.
Easily the hardest FPS game I've ever played. But I really like how it pushes you to become both a great individual player as well as part of a team. This game is for those who enjoy complex challenges and have a drive to overcome it. You need to be ok with failure and use it to learn.
Challenging game but a lot of fun, loved it! The Mech battles are awesome and satisfying. Worth taking the time to look at the stats to create the best build and also experimenting with different builds to defeat different enemies is vital.
