Yakuza 0
 –

The start of an amazing series

The prequel that starts the Yakuza marathon, and damn is it a awesome start. Great story, great combat, two protagonists. It's awesome.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon Hero Edition
 –

RGG don't miss

Even after the change into turn based, Yakuza is still a very fun game to play.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life
 –

The ending of a saga and beginning of a new engine

The last of the mainline Kiryu saga, it was a wild ride. Due to the new engine it definitely has bumps but in the end Yakuza games have always been worth more than what we pay for. Definitely my favorite series, probably for a long time.

Yakuza Kiwami
 –

A good remake of the first ever Yakuza game

Story was weaker than 0 due to it being a remake but I felt the combat was more fluid in this one. Majima Everywhere system is fun and worth to get the Dragon style back to it's full power. A enjoyable experience through and through.

Yakuza Kiwami 2
 –

New engine has ups and downs

Visually stunning game compared to the rest of the series. Combat feels a bit clunky at the beginning but the more you upgrade the more it starts to click. Weapons are also easy to abuse in this one. Story felt flat during the second half of the game but the final battle made up for it. Overall a fun experience.

Yakuza Remastered Collection
 –

Same games, better graphics

4 and 5 were fun, but 3 was a bit jarring due to how much enemies block you. Should have been kiwami 3. But still got to give it to sega for the remasters and ports. Can't wait for 6 to come as well.
