Cuban Missile Crisis + Ice Crusade Pack
 –

Blitzkrieg gameplay with a Cold War flair

Classic Blitzkrieg RTS engine and gameplay applied to the Cold War conflict between USA and USSR/Cuba. The base game is extremely solid, and the Ice Crusade expansion adds a post-apocalyptic continuation that I think is worth picking up in this bundle.

Elven Legacy Collection
 –

Old-school, spiritual successor to Fantasy Wars

Classic old-school turn-based RPG combat on a grid, very similar to Chess or games like King's Bounty. If you've played Fantasy Wars, it's basically more of the same kind of fun. This bundle also includes the Seige, Ranger, and Magic expansions to Elven Legacy, which I would buy for the full experience.

Fantasy Wars
 –

Old-school tactical grid combat, fun!

Fantasy Wars is a classic old-school RPG, utilizing turn-based combat on a grid. It plays very similar to Chess or games like King's Bounty, with added RPG features and storyline. If you've played its successor Elven Legacy, this game is basically more of the same kind of fun. Recommended if you like these types of games and don't mind old-school game style.

NecroVisioN + NecroVisioN: Lost Company
 –

World War I + Vampires + Dark Magic = Fun!

This is a really fun and unique old-school FPS game, reminding me a bit of Wolfenstein and a little bit of Bioshock. The main attraction is its completely fresh blend of setting and themes: there are not so many WWI games on the market, and I have definitely never seen WWI done like this before in any media. And I mean that in the best way possible, since NecroVisioN is certainly not striving for historical accuracy, lol. The actual FPS controls feel responsive and satisfying, and overall I don't have any big complaints at all about the experience. The Lost Company prequel DLC that comes with this bundle is also recommended for the full experience.

Perimeter + Perimeter: Emperor's Testament
 –

Innovative and unique RTS with Terraforming!

Although admittedly dated in many aspects (old graphics, glaring lack of gameplay tutorials, etc.), Perimeter is an awesome RTS if you can forgive its age and appreciate genuine gameplay innovation and fun. The game separates itself from the RTS pack by allowing meaningful Terraforming of its voxel terrain, in a way that actually significantly impacts the game and win conditions. To this day there hasn't really been another game quite like it, so I definitely recommend it to RTS fans. The Emperor's Testament expansion that came with this bundle is actually easier than the base game, but features more of the same great Terraforming gameplay and is worth getting too.

Off-Road Drive
 –

Great early offroading game, but bad controller support...

Although Off-Road drive is probably one of the absolute best examples of an older offroading game (like in Spintires/Mudrunner, the emphasis is on overcoming difficult obstacles in your vehicle rather than racing), it is hard for me to give it 4 or 5 stars due to lousy controller support. No matter how much I fiddled with the options, the game fails to recognize a standard gamepad and forces me to use the keyboard for a driving game. There is definitely still fun to be had here, because speed and precision are not so critical compared to careful planning and slowly clearing the difficult terrain. But I can't help but feel a little dissapointed with the restrictive, non-analog control scheme.

World War I
 –

Great War version of classic Blitzkrieg gameplay

World War I (not the most creative name for a game, it has to be said) is a good stand-alone mod of the classic Blitzkrieg RTS game. It isn't really outstanding or an absolute must-play, but nevertheless it is a good and fun experience for fans of Blitzkrieg-style gameplay, and models the events of 1914-1918 pretty well. Since there are so few World War I games out there, I will comfortably give this one 4 stars.

Legends of Eisenwald: Road to Iron Forest (DLC)
 –

Challenging continuation to Legends of Eisenwald

If you liked the base game of Legends of Eisenwald, the Road to Iron Forest DLC is really a no-brainer to pick up. The difficulty is higher (as it should be), the new map is large enough and full of enemies to fight, and overall it is a great example of DLC done right (for a very affordable price) to build a meaningful continuation of the original game experience.

Pilot Brothers
 –

Very unique Russian Adventure game

Fans of classic Russian cartoons will recognize their heavy influence on Pilot Brothers, but anybody can enjoy this quirky and fun Adventure puzzler game. The characters are great, and the game definitely stands out with its style and sense of fun. I definitely recommend it.

Pilot Brothers 3: Back Side of the Earth
 –

More Pilot Brothers, but sadly an incomplete port

Unfortunately, 10 out of 26 locations are missing in this port of the third Pilot Brothers game, which is a huge shame. Although more Pilot Brothers is awesome and great fun (the Soviet-era cartoon flair is still strong, and the characters and environments are still amusing), the lack of content and abandoned state of the game make this one a 3/5 at best, I think. I bought it to get as much Pilot Brothers on PC as I could, having greatly enjoyed the first two games, and don't have regrets since the price was cheap. But this is also the first Pilot Brothers that even Adventure game fans can probably skip - it is simply too incomplete of an experience.

Pilot Brothers 2
 –

Fun sequel to the first Pilot Brothers

Good and fun sequel to the original Pilot Brothers game. This one has more puzzles, adventure, and fun with that appealing and amusing Soviet-era cartoon style. This one is not as long or fleshed out as the first game, it has to be said, but I think it is still clearly worth the purchase for Adventure game fans looking for something unique and light.

Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes
 –

Fun point-and-click adventure in the vein of Deponia

If you enjoyed Deponia or any adventure game from these developers in general, I think Edna & Harvey is a clear recommend. For people new to the genre, it is also a pretty good one to start with; not too complicated. While it isn't my absolute favorite point-and-click game but is a lot of fun and is up there.

Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge
 –

Let-down after Desperados 1, but has its merits

Unfortunately for this game, it suffered severe budget cuts during production and is clearly not finished as envisioned by the developers. In particular it is a big let-down compared to the first (amazing) Desperados game, with everything from graphics to tactical opportunities to story to dubbing seeing downgrades. On the other hand, when not compared to its predecessor it is still a fun experience and it does have a bit of its own unique feel that helps make it worth a try.

Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive
 –

Amazing stealth/tactics classic!

Desperados is a very high quality tactics/stealth game from the 2000s, with an awesome Western theme and a great cast of characters. It far surpasses its sequel (although the recent Desperados III is a nice return to form). This classic is still fun in 2020 and for me is a clear 5/5 stars and worth a buy.

Shadows: Awakening – Legendary Armory Pack
 –

Cool armor sets for Shadows Awakening

If you like the look of the armors, I'd say it's worth the purchase at this small price. Obviously the game stands alone without this, but if you want to add a few more options and support the devs, it's a buy.

Cities: Skylines - Coast to Coast Radio
 –

Pleasant, relaxing coastal music!

One of my favorite music/radio packs for Cities Skylines! Some very nice, soothing tracks that are generally pleasant in tone and let you relax while building. You can sample the tracks on Youtube to see if you like them, for me it was another great addition to the game's options and atmosphere.

Cities: Skylines - Content Creator Pack: Modern Japan
 –

Japanese-style additions to Cities Skylines

This content pack does what it says on the tin, adding a multitude of Japanese-styled buildings to this great game. If you liked the other content packs and Japanese city districts sound appealing to you, it's a buy.

The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries
 –

Interesting Walking Dead spinoff

This miniseries does not follow Clementine or your other favorite characters from the main series Walking Dead games. Noting that, it does a good job getting you to care about Michonne and the rest of the cast, and has that familiar well done Walking Dead atmosphere and integrated gameplay. Definitely recommended for fans; it is strong, if not quite as strong as Seasons 1 and 2.

The Walking Dead: Season 2
 –

Amazing followup to Season 1

Great continuation of the story from Season 1, following Clementine (and another key character from the first season!) as they try to survive. In my opinion, arguably as strong a season as the original.

March of the Eagles: French Unit Pack
 –

Visual upgrade to French units in MoE

Another nice Paradox cosmetic DLC, this time adding new visuals to units like the Cavalerie and other French units. For me, it helps with the game's aesthetics and overall atmosphere, and makes it more interesting for me to play. Thumbs up, although note that it obviously does not affect any gameplay systems and is thus definitely optional.
