After waiting for it to drop in price, I decided to give it a go. I'm glad I did. It plays well and I liked the story. You can tell care was put into the game.Only flaws after playing for a while are performance and some nitpicks with mechanics and the "feel" of the game at times is a little janky.
While I had played the Japanese release on PS4, this version adds quite a bit (including English language support). Also the devs seem willing to patch small bugs that have arisen the first couple weeks after release.
I've tried quite a few rally games and am enjoy what this one sets out to do. Make sure you read about the type of game you're getting before buying. It's different than lets say the Dirt Rally series.
While I didn't have the deepest time with this game, it was a blast digging through the mud on the tracks. Reminded me a little of that PS3 game I can't remember the name of. The one where there's mud. Yeah.
Never had the desire to play through a Tales game more than once. Picked it up again on PC just to roam the world and enjoy the great story and characters once again.
Easily a favorite game from the Tales of series developers. Great characters and combat mechanics. The story has been intriguing to far. Worthwhile purchase.
I felt less inspired to use this expansion than the rest. I must've fatigued playing other DLC perhaps. I admire the additions and how they look, however.
I had this on my want list for a while, but heard it was a bit rough around the edges. Happy to finally give it a shot. If you enjoy space games and don't mind some issue with fleet management, silly AI and controls, it's a fine game.
