Imperator: Rome - Magna Graecia Content Pack
 –

It's alright*****

If you like imperator then this is a fine addition, doesn't do anything amazing but it's a bit more content.

The Outer Worlds
 –

It's a game*****

A game that constantly makes me feel like it should be more fun and interesting than it is. Come to acid planet, will I have fun trying to survive combat in such a hostile region? There's like 4 acid pools that you don't even need to get close to... And most of the game feels like that, great ideas that they then don't do anything with.

The most lauded aspect of the game I've seen are its companions, and... While they're fun and interesting when you meet them, they never progress beyond that point, only one of them has any kind of character arc and their interactions beyond their 2 quests each are barely noticable.

Still it's not a bad time if you've exhausted all the greats already and need something that's just okay.

Crusader Kings II: Holy Fury
 –

Worth it if you like the base game*****

Does good things to the base game, does much needed things for religion.

Crusader Kings III: Expansion Pass
 –

Good value but-*****

Good value but does not save the experience of mindlessly clicking events and recruiting new knights after a few runs.

Hearts of Iron IV
 –

Fun but flawed*****

A lot of its core systems are frankly just broken even after years and years since release. Subjects and allies will bunch up eating supply and attrition just completely freezing fronts, and you have no way to tell them to stop it. The frontsystem ai is absolutely terrible and fronts will split requiring you to micro them to the point that despite its massive combat bonuses it's still better to just not use it at all (Or pause constantly and set up new fronts making everything take ages).

Moreover DLC's have added more and more capability to design tanks, ships, planes etc. Completely superflous and just introduces a crazy amount of clicking for really no added fun.

Despite this and many, many more flaws, the game can still be fun, you just have to work around all the terribly designed systems and make your own fun. It also has some absolutely fantastic mods.

DOOM
 –

Good game*****

The need to finish every enemy off with a melee attack to preserve ammo, and the secrets hidden in the levels slowing down gameplay turning what should be a fun action romp into a dull search game.

But beside those snags the action is still really fun and well worth one's time.

Age of Wonders 4
 –

Fun but with overpriced DLC*****

Fun game on its own, sadly most of its DLC are horribly, horribly overpriced so when you get a hankering for more content it'll sit there as a thorn.

Europa Universalis IV: Lions of the North
 –

Skippable, and that's fatastic*****

One of the few DLC that doesn't add some necessary mechanic to make the gameplay of the base game function, and is still worth getting!

It contains content for the countries listed, and the content is good, so should be easy to gauge whether the price is worth it for you before buying it.

Europa Universalis IV: Leviathan
 –

Necessary*****

This DLC is pretty necessary to make the base game function as intended at this point, so while it's not great that the functional base EU4 experience is divied up on a whole bunch of scattered DLC, to the point where you need a guide to just purchase the bloody game... The game itself is fantastic fun, especially with mods, if extremely expensive with all the DLC one needs to make it function properly.

Crusader Kings III
 –

Event-clicking simulator*****

There's some gameplay here, sadly 90% of what you do in the game is 1, click away events you've already seen before or that really has no bearing or importance as to who your character is, most of which are kinda silly. 2. Choose accolades for or click in a new knight for your roster.

I don't really feel immersed when I'm playing the game, and while there's some good stuff in there, the spending so much time doing the 2 things mentioned up there just drags the whole experience into the dirt for me (And I've really, really tried to enjoy it as I am generally a big fan of paradox's stuff).

TEKKEN 7 - Definitive Edition
 –

Good casual couch co-op or extremely try hard fighting game.*****

Tekken games are generally the most high skill ceiling among fighting games as far as I can tell, but ironically, they're also the easiest for absolute beginners in my opinion. that's because there's so many combos that button mashing still works.

Probably best to just get the newest addition in the series, but if you just want a couch game to play when your friends come over this is a great choice!

Europa Universalis IV: Winds of Change
 –

Mission Trees for nations listed.*****

Contains mission trees for the nations listed, no more no less. The content is good but definitely on the overpowered side.

Total War: WARHAMMER II - The Twisted & The Twilight
 –

Stellar stuff*****

Fantastic additions to both factions, great animations, good fun mechanics, just a very good DLC if you're at all interested in either of the factions.

Total War™: THREE KINGDOMS - Yellow Turban Rebellion
 –

It's fine*****

Nothing terribly interesting, but the new factions add some new gameplay and the new start date a bit more variety, it's fine but emintently skippable.

Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars
 –

Finally!*****

Fantastic story & music, Suikoden I & II are some great games and now they're finally on PC. I'd have been happy with just a competent port but the new additions certainly don't hurt (The ability to run in Suikoden I especially!).

I wish there were options to choose to use the old portraits and graphics on occasion as I sometimes prefer the old stuff, but oh well. Still some fantastic games!

Stellaris: Toxoids Species Pack
 –

Overpriced but fine*****

Stellaris DLC are always consistently overpriced, this one has some extra narrative content for single player which is nice, it's fine.

Total War™: THREE KINGDOMS - Mandate of Heaven
 –

'is ok*****

Probably the most value for money DLC for Three Kingdoms, still not terrible interesting sadly, but if you want more of the base game, this is a good first step.

Victoria 3: Colossus of the South
 –

Meh*****

Entirely missable even if you only play in south america (for some reason), not terrible expensive though but still, meh.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
 –

Great fun horde shooter*****

Gunplay and melee both feel fantastic and the game is great fun as an action romp. The gameplay is simply fantastic fun with some friends to play with. Admittedly there are some issues in the early game where the lower level difficulties are 'really' slow, but you don't have the stats to do the higher levels.

While there are a lot of map variations, they all feel pretty samey after a while (Unlike Vermintide 2 which had a lot more variety in the environments). What's there is really competent though.

Sound and music are both great, although sometimes sound queues get a bit buggy when there's a lot going on, which has a negative impact on gameplay.

The most glaringly terrible design decision lies in the cosmetic microtransactions, which are sold in an incredibly annoying system and are all consistently overpriced. I got some ingame currency from buying the game but have yet to spend any of it due to the terrible system, and I'm definitely not putting in any more money in there as it works currently. Good for my wallet I guess!

Overall a great game with tons of hours of fun, but still with plenty of room for improvement.

Age of Wonders 4: Dragon Dawn
 –

Does what it says on the tin*****

The dragons function well and does give a bit of a variation in gameplay from the base game, same for the tomes. The gameplay additions do feel quite minor though so whether or not the DLC will be worth its price for you can probably be gauged by looking at screenshots or videos, in my opinion the models are of a high quality.
