Great Expansion*****

This expansion adds more in depth control of industry allowing you to make specified districts that each produce certain products. It's a nice addition and adds a lot more options to how your city is managed :)

Great, but...*****

It's a great expansion, but all of the added buildings can be acquired for free with mods. There are new policies and gameplay features too, so it still adds a bunch of content and replayability.

I'm too scared to finish it. It's seriously great. The sound design is what really makes the horror element.

The game is insanely fun. Executions have weight to them and the nemesis system is amazing fun :)

I've owned this game since early 2015 and I am still playing it. The amount of content in this game is seriously impressive.
