and civics could be better

Utopia*****

The first major expansion for Stellaris and after many years I can definitely say that it is the best.
traditions, habitats, species laws and more
cannot imagine playing without it now

Unite we rule*****

Pros:
new federation mechanics is great
galactic senate could be better

cons:
new trust mechanics - now you can ally even with opposite ethos empire
for me its break immersion

Vassals, vassals everywhere*****

Vassalizing is definitely too easy for me
even strong empire accept being servant of a liitle stronger one

but it's cool anyway

Galactic protector/emperor is great
spying is sometimes annoying
nemesis mechanic is meh
