This DLC adds very little, so I definitely recommend to wait with buying it until it's nice and cheap. Trams look nice but not that useful compared to good old buses, and heating is actually more of an annoying money-drain than interesting feature.

Some of us remember fondly of the times we let loose tornadoes and earthquakes on our neatly built cities in old sims, and this DLC offers that.
The price is higher than I like, especially when it feels like the cities are getting a bit too complicated with the new services like shelters, water storage, etc.
