It's just one of those games you can turn on the radio (Game has an interface for internet radio) and just space out as you're driving through Europe's highways. Also, great modding community out there.

The gameplay its point and click adventure-ish and the pathfinding can be a little... off sometimes, the puzzles are badly paced and the english voice acting is not good, but I really like this game nonetheless.
