A lot of changes in Dharma, really worth the price. Finally India got some love, good changes to the estates and really cool government builder making your country more yours than earlier. Worth getting it asap.
In general - if you are not interested in playing around eastern asian area, just don't buy it. Or wait for a good price. For the stock price of 20$, this is a bit too little for the money and well, you can live without it. Especially since half of the features you get for free as a version bump.
In general, this expansion is really good - lot of new events and features for middle east area (and some more). But changes to muslim faith system are, well, meh... Could be a lot better. I like however changes to the traders - adding roles can greatly shape what you can achieve.
And this DLC is making a fine example of what would be expected from a DLC. New races, new options to create, Synths being quite different from what you have seen before. Yes, very much a must have for Stellaris fan.
I would say this game is definetely 18+. But apart from that it has quite decent story, completely different style of enemies you face and a lot of VERY dynamic fights. If you enjoyed God of War, this is a must have.
But... somewhere it lost that magic of creating transport empire and instead slapped very nice graphics. Played it, enjoyed it, but I don't think I will return to this game after 10 years like I did to TTD.
This DLC adds quite a bit of needed depth to Stellaris. Sadly, I was missing somethis "wow" in it. I guess I would say that this is supposed to be in base game, not as paid DLC. Also, pricing policy Paradox is doing makes no sense to wait for better offer.
...to EU IV. It is usual mixture of events, additional possibilities etc. Only problem is quite high price of it. Especially good if you enjoy being a Great Power.
