This Is The Police
 –

Great Concept, Poor Quality

The game itself seems great. I absolutely LOVE the concept, and the story (as far as I can tell) seems pretty cool. Unfortunately, the video sequences are extremely buggy and will not allow me to skip them, making this game a nightmare to actually play.

Definitely worth the buy if they fix the bugs or if you get it for pocket change. Otherwise, wait.

Griddlers Ted and P.E.T.

Another number puzzle game

If you like this genre, it's another great addition to the collection available. Not too easy to make it boring but not too hard to make it challenging. Great brain exercise.

LOVE!

Merchants of Kaiden was way too involved for me. This game is great, though! Like a mature version of Tradewinds. Great trading sim!

Nicolas Eymerich The Inquisitor - Book I: The Plague

Odd Game

I enjoy this game but it is sometimes difficult to know exactly what to do next. It is definitely odd and unique. Lots of dialogue. The voice actor for the main character freaks me out a little bit. It is what it says it is but not much more than that.

Kitty Powers' Matchmaker
 –

Fun but repetitive

This is a fun game to play when you are bored but you cannot play it for a good few hours straight as it becomes too repetitive. I do enjoy it and its snarkiness, though.
Side Note: Gay marriage is completely legal in this game. Yay, progress!

Nancy Drew: Sea of Darkness
 –

One of the best ND in recent times

I was honestly a little skeptical after Silent Spy, but this ND game goes back to everything that makes the series great: characters you can't trust, Ned moments, great puzzles, and doing "jobs" to make money in order to advance.
Some bonuses are that you can learn a little of the local language.
Note: You cannot accrue more than 1000 coins at a time. Spend some before trying to make more or you will waste your time.

Supreme League of Patriots - Issue 1: A Patriot is Born
 –

What did I just play?

This game is full of snarky observations on society which would be great if there was more to the game than that, however it is mostly dialogue. You spend a lot of time working to advance a tiny bit and, when you get there, the game ends and wants you to buy the next "episode."
Fun for a rainy day when there is nothing else to do, but if I had a chance to do it all over again, I probably wouldn't buy this.

Merchants of Kaidan

A More Complex Tradewinds

This game reminds me of the Tradewinds series I loved as a child, but WAY more complex. I still don't fully understand what I'm doing. This is not a mindless game. It takes a lot of focus and energy.
Personally, for something like this, I prefer Sunless Seas (available on Steam).

Farm Fables Strategy Enhanced
 –

Another good addition to the series

At this point you know what you're getting when you order a Farm Fables game. This one is another excellent addition which manages to balance fun and difficulty.

Babel Rising
 –

Kill the Babylonians!

This game is quite fun! I enjoy being a vengeful god who wants to destroy his people trying to build the tower. The only drawback is that this game is next to impossible with the trackpad so invest in a mouse (or in my case don't lose your mouse).

Journey of a Roach
 –

Surprisingly Fun

I'm not sure if I got this game for free or how it ended up on my games list, but I'm glad it did! This is a great puzzle game that has made me, for the first time in my life, care about a roach. Definitely recommend!

Cities in Motion 2 Collection
 –

Not User Friendly

I was so excited for this game! But it's so difficult to actually play it. Only buy if you're willing to put in a lot of time to figure it out and aren't expecting to actually play right away.

Love but NO SAVE

I played this game for the first time a long time ago so I was quite excited to see it here but it doesn't save your progress! I recommend not buying until it is fixed.
I will be returning my game.

Movie Studio Boss: The Sequel
 –

Returned

This game was alright until it comes to releasing the movie. The marketing/advertising was not well explained and it is almost impossible to make a profit.

The Whispered World Special Edition
 –

This game is hard!

Many of the puzzles are difficult or don't really seem like puzzles. You often aren't told what to do and just have to walk around clicking on things until you figure it out. This version includes a commentary by the game makers which is pretty cool but if you don't like spoilers, wait to read it until AFTER you have finished each scene. The main character is pretty endearing.

Sid Meier's Covert Action
 –

Fun but difficult...

This game seems fun but it is so difficult to manuever and what you are supposed to do is so confusing that it is extremely difficult to actually play. I would like to see an updated version.

This War of Mine
 –

Extremely well done; A+++++

This game is fantastic. It tells a compelling story and you get involved in it. It also has great replayability! The map completely changes with each play. For example, on my first play there was an amzing "market" area where I could go to trade with others and that was mainly how I survived. In my second play, it was called "Sniper Street" because a sniper shot anyone who walked by. I arrived back at "home" almost dead! My only complaint is that you can't upgrade what people can carry.

Farm For Your Life
 –

Pretty Fun, Unique Game

This game is pretty fun, however once you find a cure for the zombies, they just keep coming. I was hoping eventually the population would all be cured or something. Luckily, you can turn zombies off, which I did to reward myself for curing them. This game is sort of like a mix between Diner Dash and your basic farming game, but with no time limits. You also have to barter with various characters.
